The Sewciety Monthly Subscription Box

The Sewciety is a new monthly subscription box for sewists. I was sent the October box to review. The Sewciety subscription boxes would be a great gift for the sewist on your shopping list. Each month the box will include fabric, notions, and a sewing pattern for a main project and a smaller bonus project, plus a few other little goodies. The October project included the Winter Wear Designs Classic Shell pattern, Bonus Project instructions for a zippered pouch, 2 yards of Art Gallery cotton woven by Leah Duncan (this is perfect for the Classic Shell), two 1/8 yard cuts of Leah Duncan organic cotton fabric (these are perfect for the bonus project), Pattern tracing material, an enamel pin, Guttermann thread (it matches the fabric sent for the classic shell), zipper (for the zippered pouch - it matches the two 1/8 cuts), silicone thread peel, bobbin pin, seam ripper, tape measure, and pins. You can subscribe at https://www.thesewciety.com/ Enter the code SEWSCIBONUS to get an extra cut of fabric in your first box.
